At Monmouth Farm we are dedicated to creating a legacy of sound farmland management. Regenerative agriculture practices are a foundation of this legacy, as we focus on growing Rouge de Bordeaux wheat.
We grow Rouge de Bordeaux wheat: an heirloom hard red wheat variety, rooted in the traditions of French bakers. Our hope is that we can give consumers the opportunity to experience the exceptional flavor of this wheat.
